About Me

My Yoga journey has started in 2010 and I have practised several styles since then but my regular practice has been Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since 2016.

Although, I mainly teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga I love getting inspired by other traditions according to my students’ needs. Here you can see my training background;

Frequently Asked Questions

I Haven’t Done Yoga Before Can I Still Attend One Of Your Classes ?

Yes, absolutely you can attend one of my classes. I always offer suitable modifications to all abilities and body types. Pls note that Ashtanga Yoga led class is not suitable for complete beginners as it’s a dynamic class.

I’m Not Strong Or Flexible, Can I Do Yoga ?

Yes, absolutely everyone can do Yoga. It is not about being very strong or flexible. My aim is to help you to find the connection between your breath and body as well as building body strength through these classes.

Do You Offer 1 – 1 Or 2 – 1 Classes ?

Yes I do offer. Please get in touch so that we can discuss all the details. Click here to drop me a message.

What Should I Wear ? Do I Need To Bring My Own Props ?

You can prefer comfy, loose and cotton blend clothes.

You are always welcome to bring your own props. 

I’m Recovering From An Injury / I’m Pregnant, Can I Do Yoga ?

Yes, you can do Yoga in both cases however please contact me to talk about the details, everyone might need different approaches according to their conditions.

If you are pregnant and interested in Ashtanga Yoga, I recommend 1 to 1 sessions rather than group classes.

How Do I Book?

Single Class: Please use the calender in “Book Now” page, links will direct you to a safe payment page via ClassFit website. Feel free to get in touch for any questions.

Whole Term:  Each term consists of 5-6 wks if you wish to book for the whole term at a discounted price pls get in touch at yogawithEz@gmail.co.uk

Can I Get A Refund If I Missed A Class?

Single Class Bookings: If you cancel your booking 48hrs (or more) prior to class via ClassFit website you get a refund.

If you miss a class without cancelling your booking you don’t get a refund.

Whole Term Bookings: No refund for missed classes. Not transferrable either.
